I just had to get out, so I went to this bead store in the next city, but only about 6 miles away. This store was really nice and the lady very friendly. The prices for the beads started at around $2.75 and up. They also sold crystals which were just beautiful, but pretty costly.
It is called "Funky Hannah's". The bead collecting actually started by this family back in the 1940's. I did of coarse take some pictures, but the family history one showed glare from the ceiling lights....this always happens to me in these places. Here is a little tour....
A bit of the family history...
A few beads on the right...
Cute little lady.....
In the picture on the right, these are all containers of beads in about every size you can think of...!
This is a room in the back, on the left side where they have some one on one classes.
Here it is on the right side showing more beads and threads.
Here is another section of the wall where you can buy finished up things along with more tools to use when fiddling around with your beads.
That's about it. It's night time and I tried taking pictures of the four items I purchased, but just to much light glare. Will do it in the morning.....
